Join us for a Mediterranean-inspired, handson floral activity and luncheon featuring the vibrant flavors of the region.

Appetizer

Toasted pita bread served with a Mediterranean dip sampler featuring creamy hummus, smoky babaganoush, and savory tapenade.

Main Dishes — Buffet Style

Falafels with tahinicucumber yogurt sauce

Tabbouleh salad (bulgur wheat, tomato, cucumber, lemon, and EVOO vinaigrette)

Marinated chicken skewers on a bed of roasted bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions

Basmati rice with dill and herbs

Dessert

Moist olive oil cake topped with orangezest cream, with optional pistachios on the side
